Bruised but good. Stiff and sore wrists, but I expected. I’m exercising as instructed, not every 15 minutes but often. Going to try and sew on my machine tomorrow… ambitious but I’m trying. Nose is internally sore. Nasal washes twice a day for a month, lovely… not. Lol
