Healthy snacks

I try, not always successful, to eat better. Here are some snacks I like to make.

Pecans, cashews, dried cranberries, white chocolate chips. I keep in the freezer to keep the nuts fresh.

Fruit roll ups… I made strawberry and mango.

I made some homemade jello using below. First one was alittle too much set. I have learned that I will reduce the amount of the gelatin powder.
