California Roll 🍣 🍱 in a bowl, my way.

I get a craving for sushi rolls and both money and time just get in a way. So I try to make sure I have ingredients to throw this together when I’d like. 

Cook 1/2 cup of white rice. I use my rice cooker and season with Ms. Dash’s garlic seasoning. When it is done I sprinkle with seasoned rice vinegar.

Put some imitation crab in the vessel Im going to eat out if and shred. Add 1 avocado 🥑, cut in small pieces. Add cream cheese, cut into small pieces, add with your heart. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and chopped grape tomatoes Add in rice 🍚 and top with kewpie mayo and sriracha mayo to taste. And mix!

Add what moves you, very versatile! One could eat with bite sized nori.

Imitation crab meat, shredded.
Cram cheese, cut into small pieces and avocado cut in small chunks.
Green onion, chopped.
Grape tomatoes, cut in half or 4ths depending on size.
Rice, seasoned with whatever seasoning you like and seasoned rice vinegar.
Sriracha mayo and kewpie mayo.
This how I like it… sometimes more.
And mix it all together!
